Same day delivery

Magnolia Blooms offers same-day delivery when you order by 12pm. For deliveries outside the City of Greater Bendigo, please order by 2pm the day prior. If it’s after 12pm and you still need same-day delivery, give us a call — we’ll do our best to make it happen. Please note: delivery is guaranteed Monday–Friday only. We’re open on weekends, with delivery available. All flowers and gifts are delivered with care and attention.

Non-deliveries

If incorrect delivery details are provided, or we can’t access the property (e.g. locked gates or pets), the order may be returned to store and a re-delivery fee will apply, or you may collect in-store. If the recipient is not home, we will attempt to leave the order in a safe place and take a photo for record. Magnolia Blooms will always do its best to deliver on time, however we are not liable for loss, damage, or missing items once delivered. If delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you to arrange a new time. Delivery costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

Our courier will attempt access via intercom, buzzer or bell. If access cannot be gained, we will call or text the recipient to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Hospital deliveries

Couriers will deliver to the ward reception, where staff will advise whether the delivery can be taken to the recipient’s room. If not, items will be left securely with reception staff. At Magnolia Blooms, we do our best to complete all deliveries as normal and will notify customers of any issues. All blooms are moisture-wrapped to ensure they stay as fresh as possible.
